EFMP EXCEPTIONAL FAMILY MEMBER PROGRAM

OFFICE OF SECRETARY OF DEFENSE (OSD) 2022 EFMP SURVEY OPENED 17 NOV 2022 FOR 6 WEEKS

All service members with a family member enrolled in EFMP will receive an email containing a unique code in order to participate in the short survey (from OSD). Service members who do not receive an email invitation can still participate by visiting dodsurveys.mil and clicking on the “Don’t have a ticket number?” button.

Survey information can also be found here: militaryonesource.mil/special-needs/efmp/efmp-survey.

The EFMP survey is a great opportunity for service members and their families to be heard on issues that directly affect them.  Feedback will also assist leaders in making critical decisions about future policies impacting EFMP families.  The survey asks about the enrollment process, family support services, assignment coordination during PCS and experiences outside the program. The email will only be sent to the service member; however, collaboration with the spouse and/or any adult family members is encouraged.  This ensures the full family experience is captured in one survey.
