Your MacDill AFB EFMP Team (Medical, Family Support, Assignments & Partners) supports all DoD ID cardholders of all branches of service who reside in the local community.
The EFMP Medical office can assist you in understanding documents and will connect you with your service's designated medical office to complete enrollment, dis-enrollment, and travel screenings. Please reach out to our Specials Needs Coordinator for guidance: EFMP MEDICAL
The EFMP Family Support Office provides needs assessments, service plans, non-medical case management, and access to events, trainings, and programs. Contact your EFMP FAMILY SUPPORT or reach out to your Service's contact listed below.
