The natural lazy river at Rock Springs Run is flat-out gorgeous! It’s a dream to float down the crystal-clear water, surrounded by a lush, green, palm forest. As an inexpensive, low-key alternative to Orlando’s theme parks, it’s easy to understand why Kelly Park is so popular. On a cool day, you may even luck out and have the place to yourself (although it would likely be too cold for tubing). But even on a busy day, it’s beautiful, and wonderful to know this place provides many locals the chance to get out and enjoy Florida’s great outdoors.

Outdoor Rec staff requires guests to take provided transportation to the park or admission will not be covered. It’s better to take one vehicle rather than multiple. This park gets very busy this time of year. The park opens at 8am. Transportation will depart the FamCamp at 6am to ensure admission into the park. We will depart the park approximately between 3pm-4pm.

Please bring food and water and/or money if you wish to purchase something at the park. We will be getting tubes from Kylie’s Concessions, so food is available for purchase nearby. A large cooler with ice will be provided to keep snacks & drinks cool for the day. (Please do not bring individual coolers)

Water shoes or sandals are recommended, as the first part of the run has some jagged rocks. Please bring a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, and anything else needed for your comfort in the sun and on the water for the day.
