**NOTICE**
Personnel are only authorized to paddle board, kayak, canoe and wade fish in the designated recreation area adjacent to the Marina. Entering the water everywhere else on MacDill is a violation, and will be subject to citations and/or fines. Fishing from the MacDill AFB shoreline piers/rocks is authorized.

KAYAKING COURSES

Times | 10AM –Breaks as needed–
Cost | $25pp
Get familiar with the basics of kayaking; how to get in and out, self rescue, rescuing others, towing a kayak and learning different strokes. Following the basics, participants will take a short paddle along MacDill beach and mangroves.
Please bring; water, snacks, sunscreen,sunglasses. insect repellent. Waterproof bags and PFDS will be provided.
*Kids Welcome, have to be able to take instruction and may have to be in a tandem kayak with an adult. PFD Required.

Before You Can Rent a Boat:

Required Documents
To rent a boat at the Marina you must:
- Take the Boat US Foundation Safety Course
- Provide a copy of the safety course cert and your ID
- Must be 18 years or older to rent a boat

Florida Fishing Licenses
Florida residents who fish for saltwater species from shore, or from a structure affixed to a shore, MUST HAVE A SHORELINE FISHING LICENSE or a REGULAR SALTWATER LICENSE. Non-residents need a regular Non-resident saltwater fishing license to fish from shore or from a vessel.
