NATIONAL MILITARY YOUTH OF THE YEAR

- Must be available the month of April 2025
Military Youth of the Year is a prestigious recognition program by the military Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA). It honors exceptional teens who have demonstrated leadership, service, academic excellence, and strong character within their Community, especially those located on military installations worldwide.
Participants in the program go through a selection process where they are evaluated on their contributions throughout their communities, personal challenges they’ve overcome, and their aspirations for the future. Winners receive scholarships and represent military youth at various events, serving as ambassadors and role models for other young people.
Benefits of Participation:
- Scholarships: Military Youth of the Year winners receive college scholarships to support their educational pursuits.
- Leadership Development: Participants receive leadership and  life skills training. This includes workshops on public speaking, networking, and personal development.
- National Representation: The national Military Youth of the Year winner represents military youth at events, serves as an ambassador for Boys & Girls Clubs, and advocates for issues important to military families.
