We have 3 CDC centers, and parents are asked to sign their child up 3 times (one for each center). When you are offered a child care spot at one of the centers, your enrollment will consist of completing a Parent Orientation, enrollment paperwork, and providing a copy of your child’s up-to-date immunization record.
Please make the CDC Staff aware of any special needs your child may have, prior to enrollment. Weekly fees are based on the total family income (TFI) and a 15% discount for multiple children.
