FITNESS – 90+ PT TEST

This workout gives priority to military members and is designed to help increase their fitness levels in just 4 weeks to achieve a 90% or higher on their PT test.
Various exercises meant to build endurance and prepare for military physical training including strength training and cardio to prepare the body for all portions of a physical fitness test.
